CCGP’s Bioinformatics Postdoc, Erik Enbody, presented a poster titled, “High throughput conservation and landscape genomics”, at the annual UC Santa Cruz Postdoc Symposium on May 24, 2022. The poster outlines the pipeline that he and the rest of the Bioinformatics team (Cade Mirchandani and Russell Corbett-Detig) developed to process and analyze CCGP’s whole genome resequencing data.
